• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped

• Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.)

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination. Below are the estimated shipping times after dispatch:

USA: 7–12 business days
UK & Europe: 10–15 business days
Canada & Australia: 10–15 business days
Gulf countries: 10–18 business days
Southeast Asia: 7–14 business days

These are average estimates and may vary due to customs or local courier delays.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country, weight of the items, and chosen shipping method.

USA – Starting at $8.89/lb
• Other countries – Rates vary by destination and shipping method
• Free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly marked on the product or at checkout

We aim to keep our international shipping affordable while ensuring secure and trackable delivery.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our website or directly via the courier’s platform.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on stock availability or supplier location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
